Q & A with Marcelle & Jehane

Q. What made you start BMXing?
M. I had a good friend by the name of JC O’Kennedy who got me into it. I do it for the fun of it. It’s free, it’s limitless. If you want to push yourself to the max or if you just want to relax and have fun, it’s your choice, there’s no pressure, and that’s why I got into it.
J. At the age of 12 I was a skater and a friend of mine, Reynhardt, was a BMXer. We later swapped and he started skating and I started BMXing. I then met Marcelle, who taught me how to ride park, because I had only ridden street up until then.

Q. What do you prefer to ride, park or street?
M. Park definitely!
J. Ja, park definitely!
