When did you get your first pair of skates?

When I was 13 years old I got these Pick ‘n Pay specials with plastic wheels; I rolled on those ‘till the wheels fell off! Back then there was quite a big group of us that rolled and then more and more people started to get into it. Movies like Mad Beef, The Hoax and The Bottom Line made me fall in love with the sport; the stuff people did back then was crazy and I wanted to do it too. So here I am a decade and a half later and still rolling baby!
