About the magazine

My Culture magazine is a South African subculture magazine based on the following 5 subcultures: Skateboarding, BMXing, Rollerblading, Graffiti and Breakdancing. We plan on featuring more subcultures soon.

Issues 1, 2 and 3 were stocked in 90 stores nation wide but we have decided to keep the magazine digital for now. If you would like to order a hard copy of the magazine please contact admin@myculturemag.co.za The magazine is + - 60 pages and each subculture has an average of 10 pages dedicated to it in every issue.

My Culture’s goal is to be a REAL magazine, a magazine that speaks truth time and time again. A magazine that doesn’t sell its soul to what ever is mainstream. Longevity is the word. We want to build the foundations of these subcultures in South Africa and promote freedom of expression. To show the world that these subcultures exist and that South Africa is playing a roll in forwarding them.
